Your use of the Campden Blog is subject to the following terms and conditions, which you are deemed to accept each time you use the Campden Blog and if not adhered to the systems administrators hold the right to terminate your Campden Blog account and their decision is final.

Please do not post messages that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually orientated, homophobic or racially offensive.  We understand that some debates can become rather  intense however we ask you to be aware that people of all ages read and contribute to the Campden Blog and its service may be terminated to the detriment of other innocent users.

You understand that the Campden Blog is moderated by administrators who reserve the right to apply editorial control over posted content.   By submitting a comment or post to the Campden Blog, you understand and agree that we hold the right to post your comment in its entirety, in an edited version, or not at all.  If editing is required it will be done primarily for purposes of clarity, length or deletion of offensive, inappropriate, or potentially defamatory material.   We will not actively seek to bias any posts or comments that we monitor.

Comments or opinions expressed on the Campden Blog are those of their respective authors only and do not necessarily represent the views of the Chipping Campden Tourst Information Centre (CCTIC) and the  Chipping Campden Town Council.  The CCTIC is not responsible and disclaims any and all liability for the content of comments written by contributors to the blog.  You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the CCTIC and Chipping Campden Town Council harmless from and against any claims, losses or liabilities based on a violation of the foregoing representation.  It is in the nature of blogs for the contributors to take sole responsibility for their posted comments. The CCTIC and Chipping Campden Town Council therefore does not accept anonymous comments.  By submitting a comment to the Campden Blog, you understand and agree that your Campden Blog username will be posted along with your comment or post. 

We sometimes link to outside web sites that are related to the Campden Blog discussions and that we believe may be of interest to you. These links are not provided for the purposes of marketing or advertising.  The Campden Blog administrator may include information about, and links to, other relevant web sites with content and information that may be of interest to you and are related to the topic of the discussion. 

The CCTIC and system administrators reserves the right to change the Campden Blog procedures and these Terms and Conditions at any time.  We will not pass your details to third parties.
