The Committee, as charity trustees, has control of the Society and must administer and manage it in accordance with the Constitution. When complete, the Committee will consist of at least ten and no more than twelve individuals, with a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.
The Committee must hold at least four meetings each year.
