Campden’s new butchers shop Fillet and Bone opens today in L.Smith’s old premises in the High St .Midlands entrepreneurs Chris Gates and Pat Willins bought the old L Smith Family Butchers when it closed in the autumn of 2016.
Renowned restaurateur Barry Hancox, who will head up the day-to-day operation, has spent months courting dozens of award winning local suppliers to be part of the Fillet & Bone story.

They are looking forward to stocking lots of lovely, local produce from places like Todenham Manor farm and Drinkwater’s fruit & Veg,  They will also have fresh seafood from Cornwall on certain days.
